"Hi, It's Me L(isa)...I Have A Small Favor To Ask You About Anthony Dabiere's Case...It's Another 'Steve Frey' Thing" - Lisa to the Court Secretary at the Larson Unjustice Center

Okay police officers of the PSPD let me take you through this slowly so even YOU can understand what this is about!!!

First and foremost let me tell you this...Steven Frey and Anthony Dabiere have NEVER met.  They don't know each other.  They have never been in the same place at the same time...and while this Citibank (South Dakota) vs. Frey case was going on Anthony Dabiere was living in San Diego.  The two have absolutely nothing in common but one important similarity...

THEY ARE BOTH VICTIMS OF BRIAN AND LISA'S ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT...THAT'S ALL!!! 

This is how I came across this evidence just so you all are clear.  

Anthony, before I met him, had been arrested on a drug charge as a co defendant in an apartment owned by John O'Brien, that was being looked after by James Connelley.  Anthony DID NOT LIVE THERE.  He went there and the apartment was raided.  At the time he was living with Jonathan Mendenhall and just prior to that Brian LaBitch had been squatting there and Anthony threw him out of Jonathan's home.  This angered Brian LaBitch...so, as usual, before he was thrown out for good, he drugged and implanted Anthony Dabiere with the RFID chip and when Anthony went to James' home, Lisa called her cops at the PSPD and they raided this apartment, as revenge for throwing her brother out.  Anthony was a guest in that home...and was originally charged as the number two defendant...mysteriously though James Connelley never was sentenced on the case and Anthony, the guest in the home was charged with sales...huh???  How in the Hell did that happen?  He didn't even live there?

Never in 8 years of federal court work had I seen this kind of transfer of charges and the resident was dropped from the case...it stuck out!!!

This happened before I met Anthony, but I was receiving text messages from James Connelley at the same time during that same period that I was an informant for the PSPD...you've seen the texts from Steven's phone...the texts allegedly from James were in regards to Steven Frey trying to draw some kind of relationship between the two.  I was already in love with Christopher so I could have cared less.  In them James mentions that he is related to law enforcement officers near the Salton Sea and that I should watch out.  I thought nothing of these messages...but they, if they aren't from James, do show that the texter DID know James...and was trying to, just like Peter DiMartino, establish some sort of relationship between the two to make me jealous.  

I wasn't. I love Christopher.

Then I meet Anthony, tell him about my rape, and tell him about the project that I was working on...he had experience with the "Vulgar Favors" book, he was smart, and knew how to get "the story" so I asked if he would help me on the project....in return he told me about the Connelley case...and I told him I would look at it for him with my experience.  

As a side note, Anthony is friendly with my friend and co clerk at the USDC in San Diego, Peter Tagliaferri, so I knew I could trust him.  Peter is a close friend of mine and Anthony is very fond of him...plus Anthony knows how serious that job is so he trusted my research skills...

Not long after that Anthony was called to go and visit Kendrick Davis and was asked to bring a pipe with him...so he put it in his pocket and not long after he walked out of the front gate, good ol "friend of Lisa" Nick Andre, stopped him without any probable cause and found the clean pipe...he was given a ticket for possession of paraphernalia...Anthony told me this and it sounded just like all of the arrests I'd had with the PSPD that were bullshit so I started looking at the Larson Unjustice Center for his criminal record....

This is what I found:

To my utter surprise and elation THIS IS THE EXACT COPY OF THE DOCKET THAT CAME UP WHEN I QUERIED ANTHONY'S NAME!!!

In all of the cases that popped up you can clearly see that the clerk of that courtroom has docketed Anthony's case as a FLAG...with STEVEN FREY'S NAME.  THIS IS INTENTIONAL, IT CAN'T BE DONE ANY OTHER WAY. I DOCKETED CASES FOR YEARS AND ALL OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE "CITIBANK VS. FREY" CASES IS RELATED TO ANTHONY'S CRIMINAL CASE...

Why was this done?  Well, as the PSPD will continue to lie to all of you, Lisa tells everyone that Steven's Family is responsible for the Electronic Surveillance for the PSPD so when she calls them on an entrapment arrest she says simply, "This is another Steven Frey Thing"...and off they go like Keystone Cops without any other information or investigation to blindly arrest gay men that are selling drugs...this is entrapment.  Especially when you consider that James Connelley was given the drugs to sell by Lisa herself and was living in an apartment that the police had busted several times that Lisa has the key to.

This docket links Steven Frey to Anthony Dabiere in an illegal manner and is a key piece of evidence in the corruption of the PSPD and the Larson Unjustice Center whom have an agreement about targeting gay men for favors...

...but let's go further shall we?

True, the police protected Steven Frey because Lisa was using him to purchase drugs for her in Chino Hills.  Christopher and I can prove that by all of the things that the police refused to do even when he threatened me with "u r a deadman" texts, a warrant, a completely bungled sting that Christopher set up to the letter, they didn't take any of the information about the Chino Hills supplier that I handed to Sgt. Anderson, they brought me in and even as an informant with a restraining order, a warrant and a death threat told me not to call them again about Steven Frey...and on and on...

Then I discovered the $412,000 in back federal lien charges that Steven owed even though he wasn't working during those years...taxes he didn't know about because Lisa and her brother would go through his mail daily and remove...so where does this Citibank vs. Frey case stem from...well, like other identity thefts it started with a revolving credit scam...that you can see here...

This is the original Citibank vs. Frey case...you can see clearly that it has NOTHING to do with Anthony Dabiere at all!!! It is for credit card debt in the amount of $18,372.08 at about the same time that Steven and his sister's names were building up $412,000 in federal lien charges.  Now I know Steven...there is no way that he owned anything like this with his knowledge...I mean the guy and I were inseparable and we lived hand to mouth because neither of us could get and keep a job because of Lisa and her brother...they would call our work and get us fired which is why Steven was forced to sell drugs for Lisa!!!

I tried to help him go legit with a cement treatment business, but Lisa would not have any of it.  She kept having me arrested for anything she could think of to keep me from helping Steven...as you can see by all of the convictionless arrests that happened after I reported the sexual assault that I now know her brother is responsible for at Steven's home...7 or 8 in all, no convictions...and that was to threaten me to keep me from finding out what Lisa and her brother were doing to Steven financially.

This is a simple case of Steven being blamed for this technology, but clearly his family  had nothing to do with it because as soon as I did the informant work, the police started threatening me...and the debt he never knew about.  As soon as I found it and tried to let Steven know without violating the restraining order (by telling the police, the D.A. (he'd already been convicted on the death threat text which was undercharged as I was an informant), his attorney, and the FBI...Lisa had Ken Frank buy a ton of meth for her with money stolen allegedly from the Katzenburglary...then she had him thrown in jail...she didn't need him any more.

Steven's family had nothing to do with this...and the police know this too...why?  Easy, whom got the favors for these busts Rae? Who got the credit and the free pass to play Bryan?  Clearly it wasn't Steven Frey...but you sure don't touch Lisa LaBitch and her brother, Ken Frank, Christian Johnson, Leah Fauntleroy, or any of "her friends", most of whom, incidentally are humongous drug users themselves.  

The police are actually helping the biggest criminals and arresting innocent gay men to assist Lisa and her brother in the HOMO-caust...the extermination of gay men in the City of Palm Springs with illegal arrests, unsolved intentional infection sexual assaults, child pornography...and other crimes like bank fraud and identity theft.

This is a clear case of organized crime...simple really...and so wrong!!!  Why do you think Lisa and Brian follow me wherever I go...I know everything...and they want to kill me for it.  Nice job protecting me Bryan...

It's called being an informant for a FAMILY FRIEND...WHEN I AM ASKED TO DO A JOB FOR SOMEONE THAT MY SISTER AND FATHER RESPECT, I'M NOT ABOUT TO DO A HALF ASSED JOB...EVEN IF HE FUCKED ME OVER AND FOR THAT I GOT THIS POSTED ON MY DOOR FROM LISA AND HER BROTHER.  YOU WILL NOTICE THAT WHAT THIS FLYER IS REALLY SAYING IS THAT I'M GOOD AT WHAT I WAS ASKED TO DO...I RESEARCHED...I STUDIED...I KEPT THE POLICE INFORMED...AND EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A RESTRAINING ORDER I STILL TRIED TO DO THE RIGHT THING BY STEVEN FREY.

HERE IS THE FLYER THAT TRIES TO MAKE ME LOOK LIKE LISA ONLY ONE PROBLEM...I AM AN INFORMANT OF THE HIGHEST CALIBER...THIS WAS POSTED ON MY SECRET APARTMENT DOOR THAT NOBODY KNEW I RENTED AT THE TIME...JUST ANTHONY, CHRISTOPHER AND LISA...

This was sent as the first threat because Lisa and Brian felt threatened by me for reporting the sexual assault....who had motive to do this other than them???

Bryan and Rae, you damn well know that Lisa and Brian DON'T HAVE JOBS...SO HOW IN THE HELL DO YOU THINK THAT THEY SURVIVE??? THEY AREN'T EXACTLY RICH...COME ON...THEY STEAL EVERYTHING...INCLUDING EVERYONE'S IDENTITY...LOOK AT THE CHRISTOPHER MONTI DRIVER'S LICENSES...THAT'S PRETTY CLEAR ISN'T IT???

Then, after I was an informant, I did my job and researched at the court and county recorder...found the huge debt...and Lisa and her brother put this on my door!!!
