For the Palm Springs Police Department's sake I sure do hope that the two cops put on leave for shooting an unarmed Marine last week aren't equipped with RFID chips that can be tested for because, I for one, have also been on the wrong end of the PSPD's gun in my face when Lisa was monitoring the cops holding the gun!!!
What the PSPD does NOT realize is this...whether or not Lisa is talking to them she IS monitoring them, and Christopher Monti and I can both attest to the fact that simply by following us, it puts us in a very agitated state. The police do not realize the severity of the situation when it comes to irradiating the brain. Cops don't make very good decisions when microwaves are being sent to their neural pathways...I know...ask Kelly Fieux.
The family of this victim should be made aware of this police department's participation in this wireless communication crime that puts citizens of this city and visitors at risk. I don't know the specifics of this crime and I wouldn't even try to figure out this crime, BUT I can tell the family of this victim one thing...if they are hoping that the PSPD's internal review of the crime will do any good, they are totally and completely not going to get justice...it isn't possible with this police department...they are ol boys and ol boys protect ol boys...that's the way it goes.
This is the same police department that lets their Sgt's go on air and tell everyone that a rape victim has "mental issues" and that a strong armed robber is guilty because of a witness that lied...and nobody has ever resolved the Villegas and Dougherty interview where I was an informant threatened with criminal charges for giving the police information about the suspect that sent me a death threat and for which there was a warrant and a restraining order!!!
This department is in serious trouble with my attorneys...and this recent shooting can be "classified" as unrelated to electronic harassment if Al Franz wants it to be, but the fact is that he does not know what these neurotransmitters are doing to his cops...if you see some of the things that they have done in the past, you might be surprised at what irradiating the head can do to a person...it can make you extremely aggressive!!!
The only way to alleviate this problem would be to arrest Lisa and her brother...and get these neurotransmitters removed permanently...until then...things like this shooting will always be in favor of someone other than the police as far as I am concerned!!!
The two suspended officers are supposed to have their names out of the press, but you can bet one thing...LISA KNOWS WHO THEY ARE BECAUSE HER IMPLANTED POLICE KNOW WHO THEY ARE...ISN'T THAT A CRIME???

I would never put their names on here because my team would never tell me something like that, but since they monitor Lisa, we've heard her listening to the PSPD and blabbing it all over the place as usual.
Can you just imagine??? Lisa is so afraid of the PSPD doing something about her that she has every plugged in officer online all the time...so if these two bike cops were on, then there is a chance she could have distracted them or she could have irritated them before hand or she might just have been keeping an eye on them causing a malfunction in their brain...I know...I've been on the receiving end of Kelly Fieux's "roid rage" like anger....and the officer that stuck a gun in my face certainly was hopped up on something more than adrenaline...it's called misinformation...and outsourcing information gathering to a GHB'd up meth dealer like Lisa can really piss a guy off to distraction, can't it Sgt. Anderson???
The only solution to the PSPD's problems is to jail Lisa and her brother, take away their computers and their internet connections, and keep her away from the public forever...monitoring police activity is NOT something that my team considers safe and we don't do it...PERIOD!!! I have nothing do to do with monitoring of officers and neither does my team...my team has my permission to watch me only...what Lisa does is criminal...every single arrest made by the PSPD is questionable and can be considered as a defense in court.
Now before the police start threatening members of my team and trying to hush them up...realize this...we can, using IP Addresses...show whom was watching the police and whom was not...you will NEVER see anyone on my team with an IP Address that monitors a single cop's RFID number...NEVER...so proving that Lisa and her brother are the ones is a cinch...never underestimate the intelligence of my team...we know better!
