First there is the whole lie that Sgt. Rey-Ass told about Anthony Dabiere not possessing any information that was credible with regards to his business plan to distribute videos for Lisa and Brian LaBitch that depicted child pornography. You'll recall that he said Anthony was in jail at the time...which he wasn't then he completely ignored the tons of eyewitness information and A BUSINESS PLAN FOR LISA TO DISTRIBUTE THEM...
NOW THERE IS THIS....You will all recall the threatening flyers posted on my apartment complex door where nobody knew where I was living...as an informant trying to put together information about Steven Frey like Sgt. Anderson had asked me to do...isn't that what an informant does???
When the flyers were posted...I immediately took them to Sgt. Anderson at the PSPD and Sgt. Rey-Ass intervened again...this is what he wrote me in an email:
Then I contacted Rhonda Long whom he said to contact and this is what she had to say to the informant in this case...I ask you, Is this the way you protect an informant???? No fucking way!!!
Passing the buck to the Detective that had already threatened me NOT TO EVER TALK ABOUT STEVEN FREY AGAIN WAS NOT GOING TO WORK...I WOULD HAVE BEEN ARRESTED...HERE WAS HER RESPONSE TO ME DIRECTING ME TO DETECTIVE VILLEGAS WHO WAS A COMPLETE ASSHOLE TO ME WHEN I'D SPOKEN TO HIM BEFORE...HE SHOULD KNOW THAT I WAS WEARING A WIRE DURING THE VILLEGAS/DOUGHERTY INTERVIEW THE FIRST TIME SO DON'T LIKE DET. VILLEGAS!!!
