I know it is blurry, so I will explain this to you so that you understand what this is. Christopher and I did informant work for the PSPD's Sgt. Anderson about a year before Steven was arrested. In this time I developed information that Steven was still purchasing a copious amount of methamphetamine for Lisa and Junior so that he could end his term of indentured servitude to Lisa without her causing him any more trouble. Through Junior's friend, Katzenburglar Kenneth Charles Frank, Steven Frey made many many trips to Chino Hills to purchase a whole bunch of methamphetamine for Lisa using money that she had stolen allegedly from the Katzenbergs or others. Ken had already worked in the Katzenberg home and had copied their hard drives and learned their passwords...so stealing money from them was just a mouse click away.
To end his indentured servitude without being arrested Steven went back and forth to Chino Hills to the supplier that I told Sgt. Anderson about but he did nothing. Allegedly, Lisa told him that this was not Steven's supplier...what bullshit, I know it was his supplier, I practically lived with Steven, I got the numbers from his phone, and told Sgt. Anderson that I'd helped find the guy myself....what a dumbass. The year after Christopher and I told him Steven must have made fifty trips to Chino Hills to stockpile Lisa, but in the meantime he was forced to sell GHB for Junior Johnson...that IS WHOM WAS MAKING THE GHB AND WHOM LISA GOT IT FROM TO SELL FOR HER AND JUNIOR TO MAKE MONEY.
I CAN'T BE MORE CLEAR ON THIS....STEVEN FREY WAS FORCED TO SELL GHB MANUFACTURED BY JUNIOR JOHNSON FOR LISA AND IN TURN LISA FORCED STEVEN TO SELL IT FOR HER TO MAKE MONEY. STEVEN HATED GHB, NEVER USED IT, IT MADE HIM SICK, AND HE'D RATHER NOT BE IN THAT BUSINESS...BUT THE ONLY OTHER WAY LISA WOULD ALLOW HIM TO WORK WAS SELLING DRUGS...SHE'D HAVE HIM FIRED FROM ANY OTHER JOB...AND IF HE REFUSED SHE WOULD TURN HIM IN TO THE POLICE. STEVEN FIGURED IF HE BOUGHT HER HER OWN METH SHE'D FINALLY LEAVE HIM ALONE.
About this time I came across the half a million dollars in IRS Liens for properties that Steven didn't know about...I only knew about them because Lisa and Junior bragged about being the property managers for Steven with the power to throw people out whenever they felt. If I had asked Steven about it, he would have thought me crazy, so I went to the County of Riverside, Recorder and found them myself...Steven knew nothing about them. It is interesting to note that the past 4 years is the first time in 15 years that Lisa hasn't lived within a block of Steven Frey....this is so she could steal his mail before he learned of the mortgage and credit problems she'd caused for him.
So on April 30, 2009, after Steven stockpiled a lot of meth for Lisa and before he could learn of the tax lien (I had a restraining order against him and him me because of a text message from Lisa using Steven's phone number..."u r a deadman" (which should have been considered by the police as a death threat against an informant but wasn't) ) Lisa cashed in her chips, called her police friends, and had him conveniently arrested.
Now normally this probably would have been a probation case...his first drug arrest, but with the text message threat he was sentenced to a year and a half in jail...but here's the interesting part...the police didn't bother to ask him, where did you get the meth which totals about 85.5 grams or roughly 3 ounces of meth...and MORE IMPORTANTLY WHERE DID YOU GET THE GHB? The answer to that question would have yielded the woman known as Lisa and Junior Johnson...but the police have a very good reason not to ask that...because these two are their entrapment informants and that's exactly what they did to Steven...they forced him to sell GHB then called the police on him...
HOW FUCKING CONVENIENT...of course they didn't ask me...because to lose Lisa would be to point a finger at themselves and they would lose their sadistic entrapment goddess of the gay community...well fuck that. I AM THE INFORMANT IN THIS CASE AND I AM TELLING YOU I KNOW IT WAS LISA AND JUNIOR THAT DID THIS...AND TO NOT FIND THEM AND QUESTION THEM IS A CRIME AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED. These two have been getting away with this for far too long...and when anyone calls them on it...they have them arrested and bullshit warrants issued and I'm the goddamn informant. I lived with Steven practically, I know where the stuff came from...I was there....
Steven didn't deserve what he got...so this is here for all of you to understand. Kenneth Charles Frank, Junior, Lisa, Christian and Leah set him up...and the police shut him up...and I, as the informant, feel it is my obligation to set the record straight. Guess what PSPD, I have other potential dealers that will testify to this fact too...she was doing it to them as well...and we have the affidavits to prove it...so there, nyah!!!
What you see in the meantime are a string of entrapment arrests for Anthony Dabiere, Jonathan Mendenhall, BK, and others where Lisa supplied the meth then the phone call to the police for the arrest....some of the cases are even flagged with Steven Frey's name so that the court will treat them differently. Then you see two informants getting arrested or warrants issued on trumped up phone calls to the police and to the district attorney to keep us from telling the truth. Christopher and I both have suffered greatly because we tried to assist law enforcement in understanding whom was behind all of this...it's LISA, JUNIOR, KENNETH CHARLES FRANK, LEAH FAUNTLEROY AND CHRISTIAN JOHNSON.
You will also learn about how these people stalked me, Anthony, Jonathan and others after these arrests to places like Hesperia, Sedona, Arizona, and now in 29 Palms...hiding behind a restraining order and a warrant with a monster right behind her....
This is a simple case...very very simple...this woman hates gay men, forces them into sexual or drug slavery, then forces them to perform or go to jail...because the police are uninformed and worthless.
If any of you doubt that Lisa was stockpiling meth and protecting Steven in the year prior to his arrest, just look at what she did to me...using cops...she had me pulled in to the PSPD headquarters while there was an arrest warrant for Steven for the death threat and a restraining order...and the police threatened ME!?!?! Then she accepted service of a restraining order for Sheree Frey and had a cop come into the court room to threaten ME?!?!? This is all just more of the same...the cops protect the criminals and the innocent gay men go to jail...what a fucked up police department.
