The main problem that exists with the Palm Springs Police Department and Electronic Harassment is a complete misunderstanding of what is going on. Lisa, as you can see from her multiple arrests of myself and Christopher Monti, is trying to keep drug informants from communicating to police that we are being used by her to effect drug arrests that are completely illegal. By giving us a totally false arrest record and by labeling us criminals she has tried to render us useless as informants, but the truth is that we are informing on HER and her family, so she does every single illegal thing that she can to try to put us in jail...and now she's even going around the police that she "swears she's best friends with"...how typically Lisa.
The miscommunication between PSPD officers is this...Christopher is a Lutheran priest and I am a former federal agent that resigned my job, and neither of us is lying nor are we criminals. When you look at the reality of this situation Lisa is just as we say she is. She's a drug dealing, lying, man hating, bitch. She doesn't like the cops or the gays....she wants to embarrass you. She's a vicious lesbian with a complete hatred for all things male. She might act like she is your best friend but how does Lisa act when you refuse to go out on a call to bust some faggot that she doesn't like? Is she friendly or does she act like she's your boss or will go over your head?
As an informant I have done nothing short but a perfect job in exposing her lies...she lies to everyone...and why isn't she ever available in person to talk to any of you??? Christopher and I have been more than available in the past and all these cops did was treat us like shit for telling them the absolute truth.
When you look at the facts of this situation, we can't go to the police because she'll find some rogue cop that doesn't get it and have me arrested for a warrant that should never exist and that she's never had to make a single appearance for...it's absolutely poor crime fighting...and it is because you don't communicate with each other.

What the police and you don't know is this, I was ready and willing to bring Jonathan Mendenhall into the restraining order hearing WITH ME to tell the judge that this woman accusing me WAS LISA...which would have ended all of this...but I had the matter stayed in federal court so there was no need to go to the hearing, but you know Lisa, she called her friend, the clerk in that courtroom and told her to ignore the federal stay, the court issued the order when they weren't allowed to, and held the hearing without me being there illegally or I would have brought Jonathan and Lisa would have been exposed then....NOW HE'S Dead...how convenient for Lisa...she must love that he died so conveniently...and what timing....
My plan, at that time, was for Jonathan to reveal to the court that Lisa was the woman he said, then to tell the judge about the entrapment situation she caused by forcing him to sell drugs for her, then calling Nick Andre to have him arrested...hoping that a District Attorney would be notified...pretty smart huh? You see this was my way of avoiding the confrontation between police and Jonathan...just bring him in to court and testify that this woman was the woman I named as Lisa...
But then Jonathan died and all was lost. Then Anthony disappeared into thin air right after Sedona, Arizona too...it's as if they walked right off the face of the Earth or were they simply threatened into silence with fear of the PSPD arresting them??? When a "workplace violence" restraining order was requested by the woman that Jonathan told me was Lisa, I had the case removed to the federal court which stayed the action...the state court whom I will call LISA's FRIENDS, issued the order during the stay...which was stupid...it called in to question Lisa's relationship with this corrupt court...then the case was sent back to the state court, but the order was already issued...completely illegal...however, my plan was to get the matter in front of the federal court...which now is the case...the illegal issuance of an order by a lower court during a stay period shows corruption of that court with regards to Lisa and can now be ruled upon in the federal court...at that point I plan to bring up the illegal contact between that court and Lisa on all EH victims like the Dabiere Docket and other matters...this brings the warrant issued by the DA into question and the courts ruling while a stay was issued...and lots of other questions...
You see the real question isn't just who's Lisa, it's what do the police and the court do for her? You can't really get justice in Coachella Valley because of the level of corruption so the smartest move is to show that the court acts in an illegal manner with regards to EH victims like myself and my friends. For PSPD officers that don't know, I was the courtroom deputy clerk in a San Diego case involving state judges and an attorney taking kick backs for favorable rulings that ended up in federal court. These cases go to the district court to determine judicial misconduct...in this case a favorable ruling by a commissioner in favor of a private citizen allegedly getting favorable treatment by the court and law enforcement for providing them with illegal fruit of the poisoned vine information gained through illegal human experimentation and surveillance. You see, no matter how stupid Lisa and Junior tell you that I am, I am far better versed in how to bring a case of this nature to the correct authorities than they are. The state court should never have made such a ruling against an informant without a hearing...and the district attorney should never have filed a complaint.
The order by the state court an the warrant are illegally obtained from a restraining order that was illegally obtained during a stayed proceeding and for other reasons...not allowing me the right to appear and confront this person is against my civil rights too...doing so would have yielded valuable testimony about the woman making the claim, if she would have even shown up. I was denied my right to a fair hearing...and I was denied my right to appear and confront and cross examine this person...and this will make the federal court very angry when they find out that I was a police informant at that time...you see, I'z edumakated right Lisa...?

Showing the corruption in Department 3 at the Larson Justice Center means asking that Commissioner why a burglary count on a defendant with no drugs ended up in a sentence of "drug diversion" in a case where the cop didn't even save the evidence (keys under the mat). It also brings into question as to why criminal defendants are flagged with Steven Frey's name. Why defendants are forced to admit to allegations of drug use on probation violations when there is no evidence of drug use so that the allegation can be dismissed. If there are no drugs in the defendant's system, then there is no truth to the allegation so why was I forced to admit to it so I could be freed? This is all part of the "It's a Steven Frey thing" that Lisa and the PSPD have set up to entrap gay men in Palm Springs and it is an illegal relationship between the cops, the court and Lisa...it's obvious and it is intentional.
Look at Anthony's case...he was convicted as the #2 defendant of drug sales in a case where he didn't even live in the home. The #1 defendant is dismissed because he has relatives in law enforcement...scott free...huh???
