| Click for bigger view! The comments made by Mollybondhus echo the same sentiments and comments made online after I was interviewed by Nathan Baca about a "serial rapist" where Sgt. Spike, then public awareness officer for the PSPD said that I had, "mental issues"...the comments made then referenced my arrest record and admitted that "even losers get raped"(of course she knew this was true because her BROTHER was the one that RAPED ME)...this is LISA...she contacts the Public Awareness Officer and tells them everything about Christopher and me. Lisa also told everyone that both of us were informants LONG before I ever said a word!!! Then Lisa goes online to comment and humiliate both of us...just ask Officer Kovaleff whom contacted him about Christopher to put it online and on the news!!! Okay PSPD time for Round 2...and there's the bell.... Officer Kovaleff, I, for some reason am seeing your name a lot lately. Perhaps you need to get up to speed on what I am working on and read the accounts of the other victims that are talked to by these criminals to see what they are being told to do for this evil woman and her cousin (?). The first and most important fact of this case is this: Christopher Monti is a victim of electronic harassment...he is also a victim of a rape. How do I know this? He told me this himself...a fact...I will testify to this fact. Second, you really have a Super Woman for a witness there don't you? She managed to witness a crime...was the victim knocked out? Couldn't he have followed Christopher on the bike? Did he call 911 after the incident, did he mention that his "partner" Molly Bondhus witnessed the crime before donning her bionic woman costume to follow him for three blocks without making a single turn...this woman must have been able to follow him on his "erradic joyride" all the way until two other witnesses to this horrific event stopped to give her a ride...let me ask you something...does she sound tired as if running after the suspect while on the phone...because she's really doing the job of a team of professionals here...almost as if she knows right where he is going. Almost as if Christopher was being told where to go or she knew where he was headed. It's like ESP with this woman. Then in another eerily similar coincidence to the username being the exact same as my dead cat...MollyBondhus channels my life again recounting the story of two newlyweds that witnessed the crime that were so concerned that they waited for three blocks to give her a lift to continue the hot pursuit...wait a minute, I wrote about the same kind of thing happening to me in Hawaii while I was on vacation in my journal...only in my case, it was true, and I wrote about it 10 years ago. So I am to understand by this posting that "My Dead Cat" is the partner of the victim (but I am obviously the partner of Christopher Monti in friendship and as a formal informant for the PSPD) and that "My Dead Cat" is now having the same experience that I did in Hawaii only this time it is to catch Christopher Monti...isn't all of this just a little silly for any of you? Okay so these very slow good samaritan newlyweds that let poor Molly run for three blocks, then were so concerned that they picked up the old girl on the phone...she must be in pretty good shape this Molly, did these two really good citizens that were so concerned for the victim give their names? Their addresses? And in the heat of the pursuit and after the amazing arrest by Sgt. Kovaleff...they managed to pour out a love story about being in town for a wedding...did they say where, when, if it already occurred? Where were they from? Didn't Sgt. Supercop Kovaleff, take statements from all of the witnesses? Isn't he supposed to? Like the make and model of their truck, their licenses, their information? If he didn't then he's not so super afterall...no surprise. Then there is "SirSteinbeck"...he's pretty quick on the draw too...he knows whom MollyBondhus is and he knows that she is the partner of the victims...I am wondering just how long after Mollybondus posted her comment did this "SirSteinbeck" wait before revealing to the public that he new more information about Molly than she'd revealed? Minutes? Seconds? Days? And what is it that he actually told us? He told us that he wanted us all to know that the victim had a heroic partner and that the partner was MollyBondhus...why would he do that? Molly certainly isn't shy about being the hero...she claims that it is immaterial, but a hero like her should be recognized shouldn't she? Was the 911 caller just as heroic? Did she want to remain anonymous? Apparently she doesn't in the press, because she is the ONLY person to have followed Christopher...she's deserving of attention...sounds like a girl named Lisa that I know. I break this commentary into four parts...my comments last...there is the Humiliation of Christopher, in the first set of comments by my dead cat, then there is the Heroic Contribution made by SirSteinbeck (a combination name used in many different ways over the years) that identifies my dead cat as the partner of the victim, then there is the Humble Admission AND Further Humiliation of Christopher with oodles of specifics about his criminal arrest record and dispositions of his cases that is known by the partner of the victim on the same day or day after the crime...this woman is absolutely "cop like" in her knowledge about the crime...a court would never allow this information as it is far too prejudicial in a court room but not in the court of public opinion. Do everyday citizens really have this much access to a private person's information in such a short period of time? Did Officer Kovaleff provide her with all of these terrible arrests and light dispositons? Oh yeah and btw "Anger Management" is also the screenname of Junior Johnson's close friend Kenneth Charles Frank whom has already admitted that he, "operates the voices in my head changing the frequencies for my sheer misery"...but I digress. PC1000 classes don't really deal with Anger Management, but perhaps Christopher was sentenced to something I don't know about yet so I will look in to this...until then, read on. Now Super Molly being the crack eyewitness that she is has already anonymously credited herself with the heroic feat of following this "hardened criminal for three blocks on foot"...makes another estute observation while SuperCop Officer Kovaleff takes him into custody...she calls it bittersweet...um yeah, PSPD officers, did you notice that I have been listening to Adele for the last few months? One of the lines from her hit single "Someone Like You" is how "...bittersweet this would taste"...and now Molly is using this line too...coincidence again...perhaps...but what she is calling "bittersweet" after her partner's beat down is a lie...and you know it is. Molly makes another lie observation on behalf of all three eyewitnesses that was "not lost on any of them"...she claims that emblazoned on Christopher's shirt were the words "Say No To Drugs", I have actually seen the booking photo, have you? I know another thing about evidence...If Christopher was arrested as Molly and her Newly Wed friends saw and "were not lost on" the fact that he was wearing an anti drug shirt, then that evidence supported by the three incredible witness good samaritans, had better be on an inventory list or I've got a real problem with their star witness...According to Molly whom was at the scene of the arrest with two witnesses, she saw him arrested with this shirt on, so he didn't ditch it, change clothes then dress while in hot pursuit...so where's the shirt?
So why the lie Molly? Well let's face it PSPD, Molly either doesn't see very well, which would make her a lousy witness to a crime or she had another reason...and this IS the truth, she has a vested interest in humiliating Christopher. To make him look like a drug addict or by making fun of a person that Says No To Drugs...but the assumption that Molly is making here, which is the same assumption that got me arrested six times without a conviction, is that Christopher was on drugs at the time of the arrest. Um, guys, haven't we seen this before? SIX TIMES? Forgive me, but did the police test him? I don't see a single drug charge? What I see is this...I see a woman, using my dead cat's name, trying to look like a hero, humiliating my boy/friend, whom was an informant against Steven Frey for the PSPD, that has admitted to me to being raped, and admitted to me that he is electronically harassed, being agitated and irritated in the middle of the day, at the same time I posted information about his rape, being angry enough to do something to stop his torture by committing a crime for Lisa, that I am sure was explained to him as something completely different before he did it....just like taking a shower in the neighbors house...or entering a home at 2915 E. Baristo Road with keys that were left for me there by Junior Johnson. This isn't what it appears, and at the same time it is.
Where is the "Dead Cat Witness" at the scene of the crime after the robbery...wasn't she concerned about her partner? Was she interviewed? Did the "newly weds" give the poor little thing a ride back to the scene of the crime and provide information to Super Cop? And where is Molly now? Is she home taking care of the OTHER VICTIM in this case?
Where is the "Dead Cat Witness" at the scene of the crime after the robbery...wasn't she concerned about her partner? Was she interviewed? This is a confession...it is a confession by a woman that lies about the arrested...and wants to humiliate him. Her information had better be spot on on this 911 call too...there had better be witness names, addresses, and a very long call to 911 that is recorded because according to the Bionic Molly she never leaves the call while in hot pursuit of this terrible person that she intends to villify in the press. And now she wants more...she wants him to be labeled a danger to the community...she wants him labeled a drug addict....she wants a much stiffer penalty...and just like Steven Frey, she wants a jail sentence...and she wants that DA to throw the book at him...
Officer SuperCop Kovaleff, you were either duped or you participated in an entrapment scheme...either way your start witness, MollyBondhus, isn't very reliable...she can't see...she is lying about the suspects clothing, she is using my dead cat's name, she has a ton of information about my own life and Christopher's...and she wants to throw him in jail...sounds like the same situation that I'm in with a misdemeanor warrant that occured without one single hearing thanks to a District Attorney that is in Lisa's back pocket.
Let me ask you another question PSPD, how many contacts has Officer Kovaleff had with Christopher? Any? And sir, I notice you are a Sgt., would you say that you moved up the ranks at the PSPD faster than the usual Sgt.'s have? Were there other more qualified officers up for that position but you got it? I don't know so I am just asking...oh yeah, you didn't happen to drop off Christopher at a drug house one time and tell the occupants that he was either to stay there or he would go to jail were you? I am still looking for those officers...I hope it wasn't you.
Now we have one last detail to discuss...Informant work. It is a fact and it is undiputable that both Christopher and I were both raped, that we are electronically harassed, that I have told you all that I care a great deal for Christopher and his family because of what he is experiencing, and that we were both used as FORMAL informants for the PSPD...did you know that Officer Kovaleff? Did you know that we both provided information that eventually led to the arrest of Steven Frey? If it wasn't us then whom did PSPD??? Did you know that Christopher will likely continue to be harassed while sitting in jail because he was raped by one of the operators of this system? Did you know that these operators will scream and yell at him night and day until he succumbs to their will, I'll bet this is just like what he went through before he beat up Molly's partner...did you know that if this did occur that he is not responsible for the crime? Did you know that I have verified accounts of lots of victims that will tell you what these operators have threatened and told them to do and that they all say these operators claim to work for the PSPD?
Christopher was set up, yelled at, coerced and entrapped for ONE REASON...to hurt him as a witness to this crime...he may look like he has mental problems...but they are NOT OF HIS OWN MAKING...all of the victims handle this crime differently...Christopher has been made homeless by these criminals...and now they are doing their level best to kill him or throw him in jail...and Officer Kovaleff is assisting them. If something happens to this formal informant, victim, witness...I am going to sue the hell out of the PSPD, Officer Anderson, Officer Kovaleff, Officer Fieux and any other officer that had anything to do with this crime. You see PSPD, you may hate gays...but you don't have the right to throw them in jail and torture them for your careers...I have more proof than you know...and Christopher's arrest was yet another way that these criminals are telling every PSPD Officer that they can go fuck themselves because they will do anything they want and you are helpless...but I AM NOT!
The PSPD made a HUGE MISTAKE by doing exactly what I predicted they would do....HUGE!
Now it is time for someone else to pay the price for their mistake instead of the gay community.
I told you officers that this arrest and super witness is extrememly suspect and now I have shown you why...do you honestly think that the viewing public is as dumb as you thing they are? You might as well have just kept calling us "cocksuckers" on film...it would be less obvious to my team!!!
This kind of humiliation suffered by Christopher at the hands of the PSPD on a news website is libelous...it's nothing short of Mitch Spike saying that I had, "mental issues" on a television interview in the middle of a rape investigation...it is horrendous how the victims of this crime are treated by this fucking horrible police department, did they learn nothing from my case??? I told them point blank that Christopher was electonically harassed...did they even think to ask him about it? They should be sued for every single dime in their coffers for this...and I intend to let the world know that this was intentional, organized, preplanned, and completely avoidable.

Read the questionnaires filled out by the victims of this crime again boys...once you see how these four talk to us...you will see that Christopher's defense isn't as difficult as you think a "hit and run" is...it actually is completely defenseable..especially since Christopher has the absolute right to confront and cross examine "the dead cat witness" that doesn't see so good...but runs like Lindsay Wagner and has the information of Angie Dickinson at her fingertips...sounds more like Lisa than Molly.

God only knows what she told Christopher to get him to do this...but I bet it wasn't "Hey old buddy old pal...why don't you just sit there and hit this innocent guy and steal this bike for me"...this police department has more than enough evidence of these criminals telling the harassed that they will kill them, make them homeless, throw them in jail...murder their families...and so on...Christopher is without a home, he's away from his family, he has no friends because of these people...and that makes a man desperate...the threat of jail puts him in fear for his life....I will defend this guy to the end of time for this...
