Make no mistake about it, when I was targeted in San Diego while working for a federal magistrate, it came after years of being stalked by Junior Johnson and his friends. After lying in wait, with malice and forethought, Junior shot at me, as the culmination of years of stalking me. I was shot at because I was a federal clerk...it was like big game shooting for a stalker of this magnitude.

In the years that have ensued, the Palm Springs Police Department and their clandestine relationship with this technology, Muffy McFarland and the Johnsons allowed this monster to continue to stalk me and all of my friends...those in the know, know that he has been trying to kill me for years. This disaster is one of calculated lies and a police department's sexual bias toward gay males. I gave up my promising career to catch a mad man....I intend to do just that.
