Let me tell the parents and readers of this blog another story of witness intimidation by the Palm Springs Police Department orchestrated by the one and only Tracy Johnson and her family of misfits.
After I had been beaten and raped at the home where Steven Frey was living, I still suspected Steven Frey for the crime, not knowing that Stephen Johnson Jr. had drugged and beaten me when Steven Frey left for the airport to take a friend in Ontario.
Christopher and I had already worked as informants trying to bust Steven Frey believing that he and his family were behind the electronic harassment...but the police balked.
The Indio Sheriff issued an arrest warrant and naturally since Tracy told Steven that Christopher and I had informed on him, I was instructed to get a restraining order which I did. So with a death threat, a warrant for his arrest and a restraining order I began contacting the PSPD in fear for my life. Remember I was hearing from Tracy, Christian, Junior and the rest of her family threatening me day and night. I was living in Hesperia and came to town to do some investigation and the police coincidentally knew I was there staying at a motel. They called my parents at home and my cell phone and said they wanted to talk to me. I thought, "finally they are going to do something about this harassment"....that wasn't what happened when I got to the interview with Officers Villegas and Dougherty.
I was pulled into an interview room and was threatened with criminal charges if I ever called the PSPD about Steven Frey again?!?!?! WHAT?!?!? Here I was with a credible death threat , a warrant for that threat, a restraining order and the police were telling ME that I couldn't call them for protection????? What the hell is wrong with this place?
Well as time has passed I have found out that Steven was obviously not behind the electronic torture, though "the Frey effect" bearing it's name would make anyone believe that it was his family (not to mention Tracy told me herself that she was Sheree Frey, Steven's sister when she talked to me) Clearly the PSPD was protecting a drug dealer...he was later convicted for drug sales, the death threat and was sent to jail. Why were they protecting him and not me, the victim of rape and other crimes??? Because he was their entrapment dealer. He would sell drugs to people and Tracy, whom followed him, would turn in the people he sold them to. I was clearly a threat to this operation so they tried to intimidate me as a witness and threatened me with arrest for trying to protect myself and my family. Christopher and I were formal informants at this time and this is how they treated us....Later when Steven Frey was no longer willing to provide this task for Tracy Johnson and when he was just about to find out about the millions of dollars in fraudulent loans for homes...Tracy made another call and Steven was arrested. This is how the PSPD treats a rape victim and one of their own informants....a good one at that.

I should tell you that there are at least three or four more complaints with just as much merit and some were never even addressed at all. Is this witness intimidation? You decide! Then ask yourselves why?
I have videos taken before and after this horrible threatening interview and you can even see that my front tooth is still missing from the rape! I will post these later this week.
