I don't know about you but if some guy is going to pretend to be a cop and knock on my door to frisk me, I'd much rather is be Channing Tatum and Alex Pettyfer than the idiots that Lisa sent over to Steven Frey's home one night pretending to be cops in fake uniforms that were obviously meant to make them look like the real thing.
Day 1: "5 Things To Know About Lisa Week" is all about telling you that Lisa is not a police officer of any kind. She isn't really connected to the Palm Springs Police Department in any official capacity. Lisa is unofficially a snitch/tattletale/terrorist that spies on gay men and women that she and her brother have brutalized and tortured with illegal surveillance devices inserted into a human beings body.
I'd like to start off by saying this...although Lisa is not a law enforcement officer, law enforcement is connected to her. In a scheme that would rival one of the dumbest cop video shows on television, certain officers of the Palm Springs Police Department, actually volunteered to "test" this kind of communication without any regard for it's safety issues to themselves or to the community at large. Think of Lisa as a switchboard operator that listens in to conversations and picks and chooses what she wants to tell the police. The advantage that the police gain is illegally obtained misinformation about individuals in the gay community that are not always what they seem.
Let me back up for a second to describe some things about Lisa. First of all Lisa is just a name she uses when she broadcasts, but over the years she has been many names: Jessica, Victoria, Sarah, Sheree and others. All different names and all the same woman. For our purposes we will stick with Lisa. Lisa is the ONLY woman that ever communicates with police officers and she is the ONLY woman that ever talks to the victims of this crime. She demands that kind of exclusivity as a "woman in charge" of all of this.
Lisa hates men. Lisa HATES gay men. Lisa is a sadist that enjoys making men look stupid and humiliating them. This technology allows her to do the thing she loves the most: spy on men especially gay men and find a way to have them arrested by the officers that she lured into this system of entrapment and terror.
People ask me all the time, "What kind of police department would even want to get involved with something like this?" If you know anything about the PSPD, they have a long history of problems with the gay community. This is a relatively conservative area that grew into a popular gay spot when the Los Angeles gay community became more wealthy and wanted a place to vacation. Palm Springs offered gay resorts and lots of sunshine and a place to safely party among their peers. Lisa grew up only an hour out of Palm Springs and knew that there were a lot of gay men in Palm Springs. Her hatred of gay men began very early in her life and the opportunity to punish and torture them came just after she graduated from high school.
In secret, I think that Lisa was very jealous of the sexual freedom that gay men had in Palm Springs which pitted her even further against the gay male community. She does not get along with women or men, but hating men seems to offer her the opportunity to find companionship in women that otherwise she wouldn't have...in short, she blames men, in general, for everything.
Some things Lisa does love are drugs and crime.
Combining her love of drugs and crime with her hatred of gay men is a natural fit for her. Her only way to accomplish both would be to do what she has always done...gossip. Who would she be able to gossip this kind of information to without anyone knowing? I submit this. One woman has admitted to a "four year relationship" with a police officer that grew up and went to the same high school as her. This woman claims to be "married to him" to some witnesses and to have children with him to others. This woman also says that she does not know ANY OTHER POLICE OFFICERS AT THE PSPD...I think that is foreshadowing for the investigation that we are now conducting...that statement was made as a way to tell the PSPD, "this is what I will say if asked", but my team has a ton of evidence that shows she has communicated with them for decades...lots of officers...lots of gossip..and lots of illegally obtained information.
It is this long term clandestine relationship with the PSPD and other officers that has developed a sort of, "I am a cop" mentality. Lisa feels she deserves the same advantages and protections as the officers of the PSPD have. An example would be an attorney to represent her for a "restraining order" from the County of Riverside...and other job perks like, "looking the other way" on rape and sexual assault allegations. Summarily, Lisa believes that all of her snitching, makes her a cop...but most cops don't use drugs and sell them.
Even now she is, just as before, living eerily close to a police headquarters as if to thumb her nose at law enforcement while she pretends to be law enforcement "family".
Clearly there were times when the police refused to do the things that Lisa wanted. Most of these kinds of arrests were related to her feelings of hatred for the target or Lisa's desire to steal from this target and have the cops remove them from wherever she wanted to steal from. What I am telling you is this...she would lie about a gay man that had something she wanted to steal, the cops would arrest him for something that wasn't true and while the man sat in jail, she would rob his home.
Does this sound like a law enforcement officer to you?
Part of the problem is that she has the advantage of lying to the police before you can get to them. If you have credible information about a crime that she is involved with, she will have you intercepted at the door before an unimplanted cop can get there to take your report. This is why she likes to think of herself as the "Unofficial Chief of the Palm Springs Police Department". Literally she will find one of her "implanted" officers to meet a victim/witness at the front door of the PSPD headquarters or on the street while they are walking to that destination, to intercept and threaten that victim into not reporting the crime. If they do, in fact, report the crime, Lisa will tell the cop either to "not believe them" or "that it was a lie"...either way, the target has just sealed his own fate.
From that point forward that target is known as "a loose end"...and the arrests begin to start. I reported my sexual assault, for example, at the suggestion of Bryan Anderson...and from that point forward I was arrested at least five times without a single conviction. This was because my sexual assault involved Lisa and her brother and there was evidence to be found...I was immediately labeled "mentally ill" by the police on television and summarily treated like shit until this very day. This is all in favor of Lisa not being found out. It's a tragedy and I will tell the world it must stop.
Rookie cops seem to be the easiest way for Lisa to implant police officers. I don't know if they are forced to do this or told to, but someone whom is in charge at that police department is suggesting that they do this. I have been told that it is Rae Fernandez...I don't know if this is true or not, but Lisa does refer to her as her "sister friend" and has used her numerous times to intimidate witness/victims of this crime. Rookie cops, in training, are allegedly told to go and be implanted with these devices and the newer the cop the dumber they are...Nick Andre is a good example of a cop in training that did exactly what Lisa wanted him to do...entrap Jonathan Mendenhall so that he could be enslaved for life to Lisa and her brother.
The story that Lisa gives to these cops is decades old. She's got some kind of authority to use this system and she's the only one they can talk to. Since most of them are men, what she is really doing is fulfilling her fantasy of dominating and humiliating male police officers by making them break the law in favor of a sadistic sexual torture of gay men...the cops don't know it, but they look as stupid as the gay men they think they are taking down...or more stupid when you consider that my team knows all about what they've done. Clearly these men don't understand that they are being humiliated by the same woman that is telling them what to do.
Here's something they don't know...Lisa was almost a high school drop out. She wasn't smart. Never went to college. Is borderline antisocial and has absolutely no police training. What she sold you was a bill of goods. She's accessing the Verizon phone system illegally and basically tapping into lines to listen in and create the crimes that she has you arrest us for. It's terrorism no matter what you police officers have been told. This is not mandated by the NSA or the FBI or anyone...it is illegal...it is a hacker voyeur's dream...and the police played right into it.
And what was wrong with just calling these cops on the cellphone? Why did Lisa need to communicate with them clandestinely? There are plenty of "confidential informants" that do that every day. You see, Lisa wanted inside of their heads for one really big reason...she likes to use and sell drugs. If they were going to arrest her, she needed to know about it. She also has a tremendous cop fetish...and she loves to listen in to cops having sex with their wives...there was no need to use this technology...it simply allowed a criminal to know what a cop was thinking. Gay men are offered up as sacrificial lambs as a way to feed the police with arrests and to make herself look like she was so popular. All it served to do was give our police department the worst reputation and a huge headache in the future as my team moves in closer for an arrest.
We don't need to use the PSPD to gain indictments...that was their biggest mistake. I've asked them for help a million times...all they did was arrest me and throw my boyfriend and myself in jail for it.
Lisa bought fake cop uniforms, a fake cop car, fake badges and had her friends even dress up to try to gain illegal entry into homes where she wanted to be. I think her goal was to scare Steven Frey and to steal his drugs from him. I know for a fact that Christopher Monti was taken to a home and told that he had to stay there or go to jail by two police officers that were way out of line. That's so illegal it's sick.
My point tonight is this. Lisa IS NOT a cop. Police officers need to understand that she knows nothing about the law...just that a "violent crime" puts a man in jail and a restraining order keeps him from contacting her....that's about it. She thinks a cops job is to arrest anyone that would speak out against her...that's a fucking American tragedy. Nobody should be raped, implanted, destroyed and jailed the way my friends have because some little drug addict pusher is playing cops and robbers with very real consequences for us.
Someone else needs to pay the price for this crime now...not the victims.

There are a few things that the PSPD cops need to know as the truth. BOTH Christopher Monti and Kevin Bond (me) ARE informants for Sgt. Bryan Anderson; whether he will tell you that or not, it is the truth. Since we discovered that there were police officers involved in this crime we can not be made to stop informing until such time as the federal government takes over this investigation. This means that we uncovered something that does not allow us to stop being informants by law. I have employed many operators of this system to work for myself and Christopher as material witnesses for our investigation as a result of the danger that the PSPD put us in. They are protected by law to do this job with our permission...they have been working inside of this investigation without any criminal conduct as information gatherers so that we can bring an end to this crime in our area and elsewhere.
I am working on a list of officers that are implanted for Sgt. Anderson...if he chooses to do nothing with this then we will have no other choice but to present our findings to the U.S. Attorney for grand jury purposes. In short, this is an investigation that we can not, legally stop. It is our duty to complete this investigation for the citizens of Riverside County and the State of California. It has always been my intention to be completely above board in this investigation with Sgt. Anderson...that has been complicated by Lisa's manipulation of officers and the telephone system. I use this blog as a tool to get this information to Sgt. Anderson and my team should make every effort to be honest with him in my attempt to help him understand this crime better.
