Okay parents and friends of the electronically harassed, it's time for a class. Ready? I promise this won't be as complicated as you think. I've made a career out of explaining Brain Computer Interfacing (BCI). I know that sounds kind of scary, but really it's really like turning your brain into a wireless computer and this technology has been around for about 50 years. So let's get started.
Tonight I will use the curious case of Christopher Monti and why remote neural monitoring (RNM) requires a (BCI); and why the rapes are at least a two person job.
So this is how the Christopher Monti situation started and what happened from what he told me.
Before I met Christopher, I was constantly being monitored by Laurie and her brother Brian. When I would log into Adam4adam.com they would look for the names of the people that I was chatting with. One of those names was Christopher's...and I obviously liked him, but did not meet up with him. I told him I was interested in meeting, but had other plans or something that night. Immediately, as usual, Laurie and Brian went to work finding him by using fake Adam4adam profiles or logging into someone else's profile and pretending to be them.
At some point, David Beach met Christopher and invited him down to San Diego to a home that he told him was his. During that trip Christopher was drugged, beaten and raped...Christopher's own words....the next day he awoke but he told me it felt like days...it was during this period of being knocked out that Brian LaButch went into that home and implanted Christopher with one of these RFID chips in the temple regions of his head between the skull and outer layer of skin....this is one of the areas for best remote reading of a person's EEG's for translation and it is near the audio cortex of the brain so when Laurie wanted to talk to him, he could hear her without hearing her through his ear canal. Christopher was NOT HAPPY about what had happened and when he heard about what had happened to me at Steven's home he asked me if I thought it was the same people.
It was at that time that Brian, pretending to be "Peter DiMartino" said it was him that did it...and that he'd also hit him in the face three times. So he admitted to me that he was the rapist. He did this many times when it came to Steven and Christopher. I knew then and there that Christopher's life as he'd planned it to be in Palm Springs was over...I knew what he was in store for and I knew that if I didn't help him he would end up in more trouble than he's already in. I knew that Steven Frey knew who Lisa was because he'd delivered drugs to her at La Palme, where she told me she lived, and I figured I'd had enough of Steven's game playing and lying about this. So I called my friend Sgt. Anderson and set up the bust that next day....this was the smartest thing I could think of.
Alright, lets go back to the beginning. There are two things...Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) lets think of that as Reading Your Thoughts from a remote location...it is what it is....people need to know once and for all that it isn't just possible, it's been going on for a very long time. My theory of this is that since there is such a huge problem in San Diego that it was developed by the military and someone stole some computers from the Navy that had these programs loaded on them to remotely read EEG's, brainwaves if you will, and decipher them into words and actions of the person being monitored.
How this is done is by using a Brain Computer Interface (BCI)...they look like this:
Yes they are small and about the size of a grain of rice and they are, unfortunately getting smaller. The circuitry inside the chip allows a cellphone number to be attached to it, just like a cell phone...and your own body's electricity turns it on...it is not turned on remotely...but it does have a number assigned to it. Assigning a cell number to the serial number of the chip essentially turns on the BCI...inside your head. Now, just like your laptop, you have a "wireless computer" for a brain...actually, what you have is a brain that can be monitored through a computer using the Verizon Wireless phone system. I am sure it could be done with other cellular providers, but in the case of Palm Springs, Verizon is what Laurie and her brother use. How they got access to this system is definitely a crime, no private person should have access to this system and I have complained to the FCC about this.
Okay so now you know what a Brain Computer Interface is...it is the technology that allows a computer to talk to your brain and your brain to talk back.
So as Christopher is being attacked by David Beach and Brian LaTweeker, someone is sitting at a computer somewhere assigning a cellphone number to the chip(s) that were inserted into Christopher and seeing if they work. Brian calls this the "hookup" to most people and probably the police too. Basically he is hooking your head up into the cellular phone system while his sister sits in her home or a location to turn the system on. That's why this is a two person operation most of the time....now you may ask, why couldn't Brian just do this by himself...drug, rape, implant, and hookup? Well, sometimes these little chips aren't working properly or he forgot the chip number...without it, the BCI is useless. It would be inefficient for him to rape a person twice for the hookup so he needs his sister sitting at home to see that it works the first time.
So what you have here is Laurie and Brian seeking out and setting up a rape and installment of a victim into this system. We're not like the cops that voluntarily had these chips installed...illegally I might add. This is why almost all of my friends have been victimized. This is also why I am tired of it and I have to be the person to stop her.
Now you parents and disbelievers need to understand something....THIS IS REAL, IT ISN'T FAKE, IT ISN'T A CONSPIRACY THEORY, IT IS A FACT. YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT THIS IS WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND YOU NEED TO BE ANGRY ABOUT IT.
A person's thoughts can be manipulated...in some instances, Brian, in his sickness even put these chips in the anuses of victims which can receive a microwave shock that feels like a prostate charge...which Laurie loves to do to a man to punish him. They can be put in people's hands, their arms, near their hearts and other places that cause a person severe pain. Yes there is a very high chance that it can cause other physical ailments like cancer, leukemia and heart attacks which Laurie is also famous for telling victims.
The hearing thing seems to get the most attention though. Here is what I can tell you from my own experience. When Laurie is at a computer and she can read your thoughts, she, the consumate tweeker that she is, has a comment on everything. She can manipulate your thoughts by reading what you are thinking and making up a lie that the victim hears. You might think, what does it sound like. All I can tell you is this...you hear it in your brain. It doesn't sound any different really than a conversation that you have on the phone BUT it is inside your head. I tell people that it sounds a lot like when you read a book and you hear your own voice in your head translating what your eyes see into your brain. You hear it but you aren't really conscious of it until you think about it. Try it now...pick something up and read it...see, you heard your own voice reading inside your head didn't you.
The only real difference is that when a person is sitting at a computer talking to your brain, you hear THEIR VOICE which is one reason that I know whom Laurie is. Her voice is distinct...I remember it well...and it isn't mine. People that know her know that she is a drama queen that says snobby things like "beveridge" instead of "drink" and "Tuesday" sounds like "Teeeeeewsday". It is her voice and it is responding to your thoughts...you know you aren't crazy because it sounds like an actual conversation. If you don't believe this to be true think of this....how could I have found all of the tax lien for Steven Frey if I didn't hear Laurie telling me how much property he owned in Palm Springs? I knew him to be broke, without anything, yet I found taxes in the amount of almost a half a million dollars just because of her big mouth.
I also found an apartment in La Palme bearing the name of "Fry" because of her...Sgt. Anderson searched the room of my sober living in the only spot where I would hide drugs...nowhere but there....impossible for him to have known that.
Remote Neural Montoring and Brain Computer Interfacing is responisble for the Aaron Alexis shipyard shooting. People have made fun of what he said in the days prior to his shooting spree, but what he was telling all of you was this, HE WAS THE VICTIM OF REMOTE NEURAL MONITORING AND VOICE TO SKULL HEARING AS A RESULT OF BEING STALKED. On his gun and in his backpack he is telling everyone, that this was the only way he could bring attention to this crime. I disagree...
Like Aaron Alexis, Laurie and her brother point victims of this crime toward our police department. Aaron's perpetrators pointed him toward the workers at the Naval Shipyard telling him that they were responsible for this torture....victims in Palm Springs are told it is the police. For their part, our police department sides with Laurie and the victims of rape and experimentation, primarily gay men, are treated like lab rats and dirt bags that don't deserve equal treatment by the police. The police joke, make fun of, draw our blood, belittle us with spit hoods, slam us into jail walls....and say the little things that Laurie tells them to say right after she tells us the same thing. For example, Laurie will say something like, "So how's your friend Steven doing over there", then the cop standing in front of you repeats it...just so you know that they are working together.
In the case of my burglary, the cop actually put the key to the home that was left for me to open the door, like I was told to do, back under the mat so that Laurie and her brother could pick it back up later, thus proving that these two have keys to homes that they have no business having. It also shows, by the way, that they stole the key from Steven Frey whom had a key to that home for caretaking, and his keys too...so that I could be raped in that home when Steven left one morning.
This is a basic explanation of Remote Neural Monitoring and Brain Computer Interfacing....I hope that I did well in explaining it to you. What you don't know is what Laurie and her brother say to us...they are hideous people with the most hate filled mouths that you have ever heard. Everything from raping every member of my family to jail house sex parties to talk about AIDS and dying...and of course, being shot at and killed if I talk about what I just did.
Someone has to do this...I don't want another Aaron Alexis situation to happen...and it shouldn't have gone unnoticed that this is what it was. We have two viable suspects for the FBI investigation in Laurie and Brian LaTweek and they should be turned over to the feds and pumped for information about everything.
