Chief Bryan Reyes is going to be in very hot water for using a Riverside Crime Lab report in my rape case to eliminate two suspects and then to have the nerve to tell me three and 1/4 years after the fact that although the rape report I saw contained "no DNA from anyone but myself"...and then there are those MRI's from the hospital.
I will be in contact with defense attorneys all over the State of California to let them know that although the RCL prepared a report on bloody clothing from my rape that once showed a ton of information about the suspects, something Chief Reyes said that I was, "Right on the money about," then he decided upon a second crime lab report that he says exists that shows no result at all.
This is a problem for all cases that are subject to DNA or forensic testing from that lab. You don't get a second opinion from a lab that prepares a report in detail with tax payer money to go along with a bogus second report from the same lab that says the complete opposite. It's because I am a gay rape victim and the other suspects in the case were also gay and eliminated. The two both saying that they don't know each other but I have text messages showing that someone wanted me to believe that they did. "Peter says hi," Steven Frey's text message says. Another says, "Peter is taking me on vacation." All sent before the police took DNA swabs from both, to compare to what?
The postcard, the MRI's, the D.A.P. lab results all showed that I was raped and beaten severely. I counted on one of our parents to tell the truth, but nobody did. I am furious over the fact that someone told all the witnesses, eye witnesses not to come forward when they should have. That includes Christopher.
I just want you all to know that if your relative was raped and I knew about it, my mouth would have been open...and it was.
I just wanted to thank all the parents and friends that threw my life away.
