Ah the power of a text message. Most of us realize that when we receive a text it is from someone that wants to get ahold of us. I am not the world's most productive texter, actually I'm not the biggest fan, but I do realize one thing that many people do not. Just because you receive a text from a friend's phone number, it does not mean that the text is actually from that person. I think many people take that for granted. The truth is that Lori uses phone number portability to "pretend" that she is the person that the receiver on the other end knows. So Lori likes to pretend to be one half of a two person relationship or a police officer or a district attorney or someone that she isn't. I have been very clear with people that I don't believe any of the text messages that I get on my phone. They can lead a person into danger. In the case of Lori's stalking, they can get you killed.
So in the first part of this post I would like to remind all of you that just because an email says "Kevin Bond" or a text is from my phone number, it doesn't mean that I am sending it to you. Lori steals passwords to email accounts and takes them over. So once she has done that, I no longer believe any email from that account. She's definitely someone that thinks she has the system wired, but the truth is that finding out who send the text or email isn't difficult. They come from an IP Address, a computer, and a phone. The hardware is just as easy to locate as the message is to prove fake. I use my logic. I don't ever believe a "hate text" from a friend. Nor do I believe in a "death notice" in a letter or a "fuck you" letter from a friend of one of my friend's parent's boyfriends. I just don't believe that Lori understands that for most of us, our interpersonal relationships aren't based on "hate talk", but almost all of Lori's are.
She's used these "hate texts" to do a whole lot of bad things. For example, Lori once used texting to cause a deadly situation for my brother in law. She has also sent me text messages that got someone else convicted of a crime. I once got a text from Steven Frey that said, "U r a deadman," while I was working as a police informant against him. That prompted a series of events that were required by law. I had to get a restraining order, a warrant was issued for Steven's arrest, he ended up on probation for it AND when Lori was finished using him as her drug dealer, that conviction sent him to prison for three and a half years. You see, Lori thinks of these things as "their problems" but that's not what the law says. The sender of the text, not the phone number, is the person responsible for the text. Lori fails to understand that without her fingers touching those keys, the events that follow would not have happened. That means she is responsible for not only the text but the state of mind that her "hate texts" cause. In one case, probably more, violence erupted.
You see, the problem with a serial killer/rapist, that is able to control the phone system and that has access to the City of Palm Springs emails is that she can lure people into situations where their lives are in danger. Lori has tried this kind of thing with me before. In one case scenario, Lori would use a text message to tell someone to come to wherever they are where the person is then drugged, raped, implanted and infected. It is no different that pretending to be someone on the phone luring another person to their death. Lori thinks of this as "funny" or "their problem" but that is the way this sociopath thinks. She doesn't realize things like eye witnesses or IP addresses or even the fact that she is on this system herself being recorded as evidence, but they ARE INDEED EVIDENCE OF A CRIME!!!
I would also like to caution anyone that would think that I would actually send a terrorist text or email. I used to clerk for the Southern District of California in the CBV division too. (Central Violations Bureau) This is the section of the court that prosecutes "terrorist cell phone messages and emails". I have way too much respect for that process and know far too well NOT TO EVER SEND A HATE TEXT. They are considered and prosecuted as "terrorist threats" and can, at the minimum, put you in federal prison for at least one year. I am not the kind of person that would ignore that in the heat of an argument or any conversation. I know how they are prosecuted. So if you are the Chief of Police or a district attorney, you should understand that I don't send shit like that EVER! I know the consequences and wouldn't do it. Lori, on the other hand, knows that the PSPD rarely, if ever, looks into that. I am not the kind of innocent person that would get accused of something so stupid and not have an attorney look into every single word of it, knowing that it would always track back to Lori's little house in the desert...and Lori.
Another thing that I wanted to make sure that I brought up again was Lori's absolute belief that she can enter and inhabit any home that she feels like, and in the alternative, she will burn down a home or an apartment complex if she feels like she can't get into that home. Before I made it back to Palm Springs there was a case with a woman that lived in an apartment complex directly across the street from the public library in Palm Springs. I don't know her, but I was told that it was Lori LaFond that burned her apartment and almost caught the whole complex on fire! I know also that Lori is responsible for the arson that burned down Christopher and Tracy's home in Cathedral City. I can't give you all the specifics because that information is classified, but suffice to say, I was in Christopher and Tracy's home not too long before Lori burned it and Tracy told me someone had been living in their garage and caused fires previously. This was Lori and Brian Lafond that did this. I even snuck a few messages to Bryan Anderson through Lori to get him involved. He knows about Christopher and Tracy and he also knows that I mentioned them to him via Lori. That's what that was all about Bryan.
My point is this, I now live in a home that we own. Lori can't get in but she wants to. We have two dogs and Lori has poisoned dogs in the past to break into homes. We've lost two so far. One was poisoned. One was let out and was killed. Now Lori is looking to break into another home and if she can't she'll start a fire! I'm writing this before she does it so that we can have a look at her and her friends. Also, Lori loves to fuck with cars. She loves to steal them and ruin them. This is something else we've experienced. So before Lori puts drugs in my car and calls the cops. Steals my car and has it destroyed, I am putting Bryan Anderson on notice. My niece recently had her car stolen from the home where her father was killed and it was found eerily close to the home Lori is living in now. Just saying. They've recovered stolen mail from my parent's home in DHS too. This is another ploy Lori uses when she wants information...she steals mail. I'm not going to say I've been protected out here by the police for the information I have provided but now I have to tell all of you this so that when, NOT IF, but WHEN, she tries this shit again, I will have recourse. I want her caught!!!
It's a shame that I have to write about the things that Lori has done in the past to protect myself now, but I've learned that once Lori has done something and gotten away with it (thanks Chief Reyes), she'll do it again and again. I just want everyone to know that when the Chief of Police cuts a serial rapist loose, he should be held accountable for his actions. I'm dealing with a monster and he's at home sleeping like a baby. I don't see how anything he did was helpful for anyone and the last thing he should do is count the drop in crime to his actions. I'm the person that got Lori Lafond out of town, not him! I deserve the credit for the drop in crime in the gay community, not him. I suffered for this case and I want people to understand that I did the job the police asked me to do for them. I deserve half of his paycheck for the years he and I were there!!!
