I want to cautiously let everyone know about a new study with regards to HIV patients that take meds and the Covid-19 virus...it's good news!!!
In a study of 78,000 people taking HIV meds, only 250 have died from the disease and very few have had to be hospitalized. This is a far bigger survey than any other that I've seen and I am sure that it is best to follow all safety precautions like washing hands, sanitizing, wearing masks and avoiding large crowds coupled with an HIV regimen and good health will likely result in not getting the virus or fighting off the virus much more easily than people that don't take the meds.
I also want everyone to understand that I've been thinking about this for a while because there hasn't really been much information about HIV positive people getting Coronavirus...because it isn't happening that often. If it had been happening our community knows to get the word out fast. I am really happy about this.
I also want to caution everyone that this is just a study and there haven't been a lot of studies that check into this...but there is hope and I'm so glad I got Christopher to take these meds!!!

236 individuals, 151 needed hospitalization, 15 needed admission into an intensive care unit (ICU) care, and 20 died.
