We live in an age of infectious airborne diseases. Just today the WHO announced that coronavirus is an airborne disease that has proven to be a killer. With that, the Attorney General of the United States has said, "under federal law, this constitutes a biological agent" under the terrorist act. This would also mean that other airborne viruses and bacteria would also fall under that category. So my question to authorities is what would we need to prove that Lori Lafond is spreading a biological terrorist agent with the full knowledge that it kills other human beings inside of her own body?
We know that Lori has bloodlet her own blood into a bowl where she froze and thawed blood used in the rape. Also, it is alleged that Lori draws her own blood into a syringe and uses it to infect gay men and women with the full understanding that once it is injected into their bodies, it will cause a host of diseases into their immune system that will, over time, wreak havoc on their bodies resulting in death. We know for a fact that Lori did this to me in 2007, but her initial infection of my body was way back in 1987, twenty years earlier.
So if Lori can be proven to know that she has used her own tainted blood to conduct human experiments on unsuspecting victims of electronic harassment, isn't she, herself, a factory for the production of biological agents that kill. That would make her own body illegal to transport, especially across state lines, in attempts to further the spread of her diseases. Lori's own body would then have to be considered transportable to anywhere but a facility that deals with such biological agents like a hospital or a quarantine?
The other question is the terror factor. I hear from Lori nearly every single minute that I am awake, then she begins talking in my sleep...it is definitely her intention to spread disease as much and far as she can. She's obviously aware of what ails her as is evidenced by the numerous bottles of HIV medications and Bacterim prescriptions that she has had in her possession. Lori is also aware that there is a cure for Hep C, a commonly obtained deadly disease through the use of dirty needles, but she isn't taking that either. The threat that Lori might try to infect other members of my family is real and daily. She's been in our homes before and has moved my own sister out of a safer home into one where Lori had a key to the lock and the garage door opener. The intent is to infect and stalk. In fact, Lori's number one reason for infecting people is this at the scene of all her rapes and infections, "Now you go out there and give this to as many people like you as you can so THEY KNOW WHAT I (LORI LAFOND) AM GOING THROUGH!"
Lori calls a syringe full of her tainted blood that she hands to her brother, "Her favorite thing." Lori isn't always with her brother at the time of the implantation of the micro transmitter/receiver, so she fills up syringes with her blood and gives them to him. There is Hell to pay if Junior doesn't use that tainted syringe, but I've heard he doesn't like to. Lori then usually has to go to the rape to infect these men and women herself. Sometimes she uses freshly drawn blood and sometimes she uses refrigerated. Now that Lori knows that refrigerated blood kills off most of the diseases she has, but not all, she is more likely to use freshly drawn blood instead of her frozen popsicles of death.
Proving that Lori knows she has HIV may be as simple as talking to her mother. I've been told she contracted this while still a minor using dirty needles. This was way back in 1986-87...that would mean that between then and now, she has intentionally been spreading the virus that causes AIDS for as long as I've been an adult, I'm 52 right now. Lori also keeps records of who she has infected in her "Book of Slaves" that is currently in the hands of the Mendenhall Family with copies for law enforcement agencies ready to see.
It's time we start looking at human domestic terrorism in a new and biological way. If she could put her blood in a bomb and explode it with people around it would be a terrorist act, so why isn't it the same for her to spread it one needle or frozen bowl of blood at a time???
Look folks she is likely a huge candidate for COVID-19 too, if she gets that she is going to be spreading this shit everywhere she can.
