These are Howard Pierce Collection pieces. Howard is a local artist and my mom and dad use to buy my sister and myself these all the time. He did desert animals like owls, big horn sheep, quail and other things...but I liked these because they were fish. Something unique. They started going missing from our homes mysteriously. Only one would be left out of three and I could never figure out why there was only one of the three there. Two were gone. Where did they get to? It would appear that Brian would sneak into our homes and take two of the three and leave one, to remind us that they were missing.
Other times things like fingernail polish would be splattered all over the walls on pictures of our family, all over the floor, all over the walls. Pictures of our family would go missing. Yearbooks would go missing. Id's and driver's licenses and ATM cards would go missing. Rings and jewelry. Panties and underwear. Food. These things would just disappear...
Things that we would think were odd for a moment...we would simply forget about in a day or two as nothing, but they were a warning...of something worse.
At any rate these Howard Pierce fish were stolen from me in either Riverside or San Diego long ago. They are signed by the artist and stamped. Not all of his pieces are signed. They are unique. The Large and Medium fish are missing but they are also signed. If you find them they are evidence, but when they are released I will give you this one and you can keep the collection as yours.
