I haven't eaten today. Will probably eat tomorrow. I wanted to pay homage to the saddest text message I ever got from Jonathan and Anthony. While other people said things like "that's what drugs take from you" or "when you spend all of your money on drugs", I think I said, "I'll be down tomorrow and we'll make some chili" (which Laurie promptly stole the whole pot of after we made it) I just want to let you parents know something that think you are sending a "tough love" message to your kids that live in Palm Springs that Laurie's told you oh so much about. What you are doing, just like Jeffrey is with his lovely girlfriends Missy and Bessie, is enforcing the coldness that they have from their own lives of crime. They just love the intentional destruction of gay mens' lives to the point where their families turn on them.
I haven't eaten today because Jeffrey is starving me. His message of "I'll help Kevin and his family, so don't you dare," to the police and the families of my friends that I helped, is a joke that he is playing with Missy, Bessie and Laurie so that my family will think that I'm a loser like Missy and Laurie's family knows that they are. You see, my sister has thought this for years. My nieces were taught that I was a loser drug addict too. I'm the loser drug addict that lost it all to meth. Now they do love me and I love them, but it is just so entertaining for Laurie, Missy, Jeffrey and his family to watch poor people treat me badly inside of my own family's home. A fight is what they want. So rather than eat, because I'm poor because of Jeffrey's imposed sanctions to "help but not help" to cause problems...I'm telling Missy and Bessie to eat my portion of food tonight again. Just like they always do. Eat girls. Eat as much of the food as I should have been eating. Take as much money as I've earned with this project. Dress in clothes that I should be wearing. Enjoy the adulation of the friendships that I made. Relax in the arms of the boyfriend that wouldn't have been there if I hadn't started this project and drive the cars that wouldn't be there if I wasn't sitting home here miserable without Christopher tonight.
In other words without me, you would still have nothing. As usual you're enjoying what I've provided for you through Jeffrey's sick sense of humor and kindness to criminals.
As for the rest of you that saw that refrigerator picture and scoffed and now know what it was really about, I'm thrilled at the redemption that Anthony and Jonathan must now feel. Truly it wasn't a drug situation, it was the feeling of hopelessness that you were mocking, not drugs, but poverty caused by Laurie and Missy. Isn't that funny? Now you say you would have helped right? I'm in the same position though, and you know it. You haven't helped though...see, you aren't different. I'm the one that saw that picture and fed them. I'm the one that knew different and so was Barbara. You see, when you understand what Missy and Laurie and Bessie are like, you feed the hungry no matter what the situation is. You don't look to Jeffrey to solve a Jeffrey problem. Rich man poor man... come on. This guy loves pain.
His own son would never go hungry, but his friends don't starve for their father's attention....think about it.
