Hey everyone, tonight I am going to try to tackle the big one. Yes, it's time for me to write and explain something as simply as it can possibly be said so that everyone can understand what "message spoofing" is and what Posting fraud is...this one can get a bit wordy and convoluted, so I'm going to go as basic as I can to teach you about how awful control of a cellular phone system can be in the hands of the wrong person.
This is so critically important that law enforcement understand this that I want Sgt. Anderson to familiarize himself with the dangers of message spoofing, number portability, serial numbers and fraudulent Facebook accounts. After that, he needs to brush up on the techniques used by Laurie and Brian to lure victims, steal information, track family members and extort financial information. He should already know how people like "Peter DiMartino" and "Steven Frey" were used in my rape case. Texting, in that situation, proved that someone was pretending to be "Steven's sister", "Peter DiMartino", "Steven Frey" and that they knew Steven's home had been broken in to the night before. This is good evidence if properly researched by the police detective. The texts lead to the voice of the criminals that claimed responsibility for my rape. Clearly I was not lying.
If you know anything about my electronic harassment investigation, you know that I know it is accomplished by using the Verizon Wireless Cellular Phone System in a private home. This means that someone stole some Verizon outlets operations discs and set up a fake Verizon operations center in their living room. It is highly illegal. By doing this, a private person has literally access to hijack the largest cellular phone system in the world.
Most of us know that when you go to get a new cell phone that the Verizon store does a few things. First, they take your social security number and check your credit immediately. This is something that department stores do, cell phone companies do, car sales do...and it is something that they have to do in order to extend credit to you. Cell phone accounts are a credit account. If you have bad credit, you usually have to use a pay as you go phone. I want everyone to know that the stolen discs used in the private living room allow private individuals to check the credit ratings of anyone they can get a social security number for. In simple terms, if Laurie wants to know if you have good credit, she simply has to log into her computer and check it from home.
Second, accounts that are already set up in Verizon have that information already. So if you've been with Verizon for years, Laurie already knows your SSN, your driver's license, address, birthdate and all kinds of private information. If you have a family plan, she also knows all of their information. Basically Laurie and her brother, if they are the people with the Verizon system at their home, can then start in on creating huge credit debt for your family. With the information stored in the Verizon system, they can open lines of credit. They can ring up your phone bill data charges (I'll get to this in a minute); let's just say those charges that have been creeping up on your $45 a month plan...can be explained finally. They can use your home information to refinance your home without you knowing. They can literally do it all in your name without you knowing. Scary huh?
My team will be working with Verizon in the future to secure ways to keep this information from ever being used in a private home again!!!
Does everyone know what number portability means? Just in case you didn't, I'm going to explain it to you.
When you get a new phone number and a new phone one thing happens. The cell phone has a serial number and the cell phone number, with area code, is assigned to that phone.
A while back cell phone companies went through the process of citizens wanting to choose their own carriers, but they didn't want to have to give up their old phone number to do it. Let's say you've had a number for years with AT&T, but you liked a new plan with Verizon. In the old days, you couldn't keep the number that all of your friends and family knew was yours. You had to get a new number from Verizon along with you new cellphone. One cell number per cell phone was what it was like. People found it to be inconvenient and petitioned lawmakers to pass a law that made cell phone numbers "portable" which means, "you can take it with you". Now you can switch cell numbers between phones and cell phone companies without having to get a new number for your friends and family or business. It was supposed to make life easier. It did, now it isn't.
What criminals have done, stealing these operations discs, is allow themselves to steal phone numbers, at any time of the day or night, and assign them to any cell phone that they have in their possession. This means that if I am at home sleeping (not using my phone), Laurie can log into the Verizon system, punch in my phone number, switch it to a cell phone that she has with her (usually stolen) and pretend that she is me. Caller id would show that the call was being made to anyone, from my cell phone number. What she's done is assign my number to a new serial number on another phone...portably.
While I'm sleeping, with my phone next to me, Laurie has hijacked my number and is using it at her home to download anything on to her phone, then in the morning she switches it back and the charges remain on my bill. You see billing goes with the cell number not the serial number. As long as Laurie knows your cell number, she can steal it whenever she wants and ring up huge phone bills that you look responsible for. It is financial domestic terrorism. But there is a lot more to discuss...yes, I know you are mad.
Billing is only one thing that Laurie loves to do to innocent victims. If she can charge enough on a person's cell bill, they won't be able to have a phone. Their credit will be destroyed and communication between son and parent; victim and family, is cut off.
Using number portability, Laurie has also created a crime with call forwarding. Let's say that Christopher was planning a trip home to his sister's wedding and was making all of the plans for travel with his mom. Using number portability, Laurie simply takes Christopher's number, assigns it to a phone in her possession, and when his mom calls him to finalize plans, she gets a recording. Laurie then can listen to the message from her phone, erase it, and reassign his number back to his cell phone. This has been a huge problem for targets that have been arrested. They want to call their parents or boyfriend once in the PS Jail, but Laurie forwards the boyfriend or parents' number the same way as above. Essentially, the jailed target may think he's left a message so someone knows where he is, but he's actually left it on Laurie's lap for her to erase. I can't tell you how many victims have fallen prey to this crime. Her goal? To have someone she hates go to jail without anyone knowing where they are. It's an absolute right to make this call for help, but Laurie has taken that away.
So I hope I've explained what number portability terrorism is like, but there is so much more.
It isn't enough for Laurie and Brian to have someone arrested. They have to make it painful to their victims. How could they do that? Remember, electronic harassment with RFID chips, like in Palm Springs, is basically "mind reading". If you were Laurie and you could read the mind of the person you hated, you would want to do the worst things you could to him. You would know his fears, his doubts, his worries and you could make them come true. Once again, using number portability, Laurie can steal Christopher's phone number and send me all kinds of text messages that LOOK LIKE CHRISTOPHER SENT THEM TO ME. Hateful, mean, painful things. When I get them on my phone, they say they came from Christopher's number, but they don't sound like him at all. They sound like what I was thinking would be the worst thing to hear from him. Sometimes, word for word. This gives Brian and Laurie great pleasure sexually; they love to control a person's love life. I call it Texturbation, like masturbation for a sadist that gets off on spoofing a message that makes her look like someone you care about. Laurie and Brian get off on pain and sexual denial and love denial so texting from Christopher to me, using language and words that would hurt me, make the criminals excited. That's texturbation.
THIS IS IMPORTANT FOR POLICE:
I can't emphasize this enough. Police officers have to beware of "Laurie the victim". Number portability allows her the opportunity to make it look like someone has sent her a threatening message. I worked for years in the federal court and I know that these messages are "terrorist threats". In other words, I would never respond to a text message with a threat or anything remotely like that. When Steven Frey plead guilty to sending me a text that read "u r a deadman", he was completely unaware that this had happened. My belief is that Laurie, using number portability and watching my case being dismissed in court also knowing that I was in a car with my mom, sent me this message. It looked like it came from Steve, but the timing felt like it was from Laurie. What happens then is what ambushing someone is all about.
I get the "u r a deadman" text from Steven's phone. I'm already an informant against him for the police. So now, in front of my mom, I get a threat. I call Sgt. Anderson, and couldn't get through to him so the PSPD told me to file a complaint with the Indio sheriff. I filed a temporary restraining order on behalf of Christopher (my co informant/partner) A warrant gets issued and once in court for the restraining order, Steven is confronted with the charge. He was floored. He no more knew about that message than a complete stranger. The restraining order judge told him to go next door for a criminal arraignment but he didn't. It took another month or so for him to get in and answer for the warrant. As is usually the case, an innocent man, stands before the court, with no way of explaining how his number sent me a death threat, so he gets a sweet deal and probation and pleads guilty. In federal court, "u r a deadman" gets you one year mandatory in federal prison. PERIOD!
My point is this. An innocent person that did not send me that threat was convicted for lack of an explanation. I DON'T WANT THAT TO HAPPEN TO ME!!! Laurie could easily fake some kind of threat from my number to her phone and make herself look like the victim. I'm telling you right now, I will never, have never, could never and won't ever send that woman any kind of text message. So, if my number ever shows up on a text to her phone, her brother's phone or any member of her family's phones, it was spoofed. I am telling you all this before anything like that happens. Christopher wouldn't do it either. Ever. If this happens, I want my lawyer subpoenaing the shit out of Verizon and looking at cell phone serial numbers as well as the location of the text.
I would also like to say that I knew Steven hadn't sent me that text message and wanted to appear at his sentencing so that I could talk to the district attorney. I made a formal request, but something happened and they sentenced him without me being there. I told the district attorney that the message was spoofed, public defender and tried to tell the police numerous times that all of my texts from Steven's number were fakes. Nobody would listen and I did all of that before he was sentenced for "u r a deadman". Seriously Steven I tried to keep you out of jail. I wanted Laurie and Brian to answer for what they do.
So police, if you ever hear from Laurie or any of Laurie's family or anyone saying that I've sent them a threat, know this, I know better than to do this, period. It isn't from me and I want the police looking into it. I know she's done this already. "This is Steven's sister" is a good piece of evidence text...Laurie tells everyone she is his "sister".
The last thing I want to talk about in this post is "creating evidence" by texting herself and posting comments to herself on Facebook. This is truly where "Texturbation" and "Posturbation" came to light. Laurie likes to show people pictures and texts that she literally sends to herself. She'll have entire conversations with herself and herself pretending to be someone else. For example. Laurie is in LOOOOOOOOVE with Missy, my team member. Obsessed with her. So, using Missy's number port-ably, as shown above, she steals Missy's phone number, assigns it to a cell phone that Laurie has with her, then Laurie pretends to be Missy and Laurie. Texting back and forth to herself, pretending to have some kind of friendship. Can't you just see Laurie sitting on the couch telling someone, "Look at the message that Missy just sent me, she's totally looking to have sex with me". The whole time she's just texting herself.
Post-urbation is similar. Facebook is simple for Laurie. She's collected pictures of Anthony for years. Setting up a fake account for him or hijacking the one he already had is as easy as reading his mind and logging in using his password, then changing it so he doesn't know what it is. Now Laurie is "Facebook Anthony". Using some more pictures of Jonathan's mother. She sets up another fake account on Facebook for Jonathan's mom. Now Laurie is "Facebook Anthony" and "Facebook Jonathan's Mom". The two accounts can then talk to each other like Anthony talking to Jonathan's mom, at least that's what the world thinks. They do this to lend credence to stories like "Missing Jonathan since his death". Anthony says, "I really miss him" and then Jonathan's mom says, "Yes, I haven't been the same since the funeral" and back and forth. It's a total scam, but it makes it look like Anthony and Jonathan's mom are in on the fraud when Jonathan turns up alive. All making Laurie wet with excitement for having defrauded Jonathan, his mom and Anthony, thus "POST-urbation".
All of this spoofing and texting and fraud is for one reason: To cause problems!!! If you are aware that this happens, then you can prepare for it. If you can't get through to your son, she's probably forwarding his phone. I suggest calling Bryan Anderson and telling him. None of my friends are irresponsible. If you call us and we don't call back, worry. Christopher was in jail and I tried to call his mom, no way...it was forwarded. Then I tried to call the police precinct for his mom's area. Still didn't work...you have to keep on trying. We're here somewhere, but Laurie is playing domestic terrorist with the phone system again. Oh yeah, if you call and it picks up on the answering machine or voice mail on the first ring, like someone is on the phone, it usually means it is forwarded. Keep calling Sgt. Anderson and he might be able to persuade Laurie to cut out the bullshit and stop this crime.
Tomorrow we will explore some more things that happen when a private citizen has control of Verizon Operations Discs on her home computers...actually, I've heard that they were actually stolen from a Verizon store that shut down. Why isn't Verizon doing a better job of keeping track of these computers? This should be easily stopped.
