Like it or not, some of the officers of the PSPD gave their consent to be microchipped with RFID chips that link to satellites that can easily record their sex acts. Home life. Affairs. Their personal thoughts...so on and so forth. I've already explained how Laurie has used this system to blackmail gay men and women to keep them from talking about what they know about this crime. What's going to happen now that the police have taken a "silence is golden" stance on this crime.
