Just so Officer Fernandez knows, I got another email from Mindy Nichols, but it isn't from a network I consider to be credible. I have taken the time to forward that to their attorney at the Geragos lawfirm. Officer Fernandez should note that the email contained personal family information about Micheal's health and the health of one of their family member's mothers. It went on to talk about their daughter. Is any of this information something that you were privy to? If not then she probably made it up, but if you did know this, this is how Laurie is using the information that you have to make her sound like the plaintiff against you.
I am definitely on the side of the Nichols' family...I know what it is like to be an informant that has been used and abused by the PSPD. It isn't fun and the resulting damages you suffer is more than the job was ever worth. Nobody should ever volunteer to help this department with officers that treat you like the criminals they catch and that lets someone like Laurie LaTweek advise them.
In another interesting twist, I have met Hon. Real, the judge in this case for the Nicols when he worked in the Southern Discrict of California, San Diego as a visiting judge...he's awesome!!!
