It's time, once again, to delve into an aspect of this crime for which there should be a law. There probably are some that are applicable, but nothing is as horrific as Lori's performance when the above picture takes place. The moments leading up to the soul leaving the body, is sacred. It is a time of great grief for family members and of unknown feeling for the person about to lose his life. Nowhere is it more important for people to realize how absurd this crime is, than the moment of death.
Most people learn to hate Lisa when they hear this kind of story.
There are many ways to hold an electronic harassment victim hostage. One of the worst happens when the target is knocked out and can't move while Lori and Brian abuse them physically, sexually and mentally. Whatever drug they are using renders the victim awake, alert and paralyzed, unable to move to protect themselves against the criminal offenses that are about to happen to him. What police don't realize about this situation is that the victim, although memoryless afterwards, is recording the whole thing through his eyes and ears. In other words, what Lori and Brian do, is recorded with no expectation of privacy.
That's one moment where the victim is helpless.
The other happens when the HIV virus combines with Lori's staph infection (see her forehead this week for those kinds of details) to put these victims in the hospital for the last time...sometimes it is the first and last time. You see, there is a moment in time where the victim realizes he has a day or two to live. It is at that time that Lori refuses to stop harassing them. I've been hospitalized twice with this horrible pneumonia and I know she has no off switch.
Family members of the victim gather, if they can get a call through to them (most of the time family member phones are forwarded), to say their last goodbyes. If the phones ARE forwarded, the victim dies alone with ONLY Lori to talk to. She has no sanctity of life policy. She, after all, did not infect this person so he would live, so now she has her final hoorah. It starts with a rape and ends with the rape of the soul.
No longer is that sacred moment a time between family and God. It is between family and Lori. I can't imagine a more horrific death. Remember, this person, at some time, has already been involved in an encounter with her....they may not remember it, but their subconscious does. It is at this time that Lori plays God with the dying man. Her most important question, "Who is YOUR drug dealer?" Is this how far the PSPD has to go to find more gay drug dealers in this area? This is the situation where I know she does not believe in God and only believes in hate. There has to be a separation between church and hate.
There are recorded conversations with Lori and victims right up until they commit suicide or they die of the staph infection and HIV that she gave them. You won't believe how horrible a woman can be to a gay man when you hear how she talks to these men before death. It is the most sickening aspect of this crime.

I am also reminded of all the times that I sat in the PSPD's police holding cells and had to listen to Lori all night long bragging about how she put me there. She tells us to talk to the officers about sex and proposition them. She tells us to act out if we want to be freed. She tells us to do all kinds of things...but apparently she is telling the officers things too. She tells them to leave us in custody when no charges are pending. She tells them to treat us roughly or to be violent to us. She tells them to steal our blood without consent or court order. What she does is run the police station...using these idiot officers that slam you into walls.
What you see in the videos we have is a complete let down of the law enforcement system. Cops treating innocent rape victims like toy dolls for their pleasure. The "Beekeeper video" and "Christopher's Blood Draw" are two huge examples of the mistreatment that we receive as gay men with HIV.
