If You Want To Make Detective, Stake Out Keith Muth's Home for Homosexuals

I just wanted to take a moment to show Detective Nick Andre, just whose home he was constantly staking out in order to get a promotion to detective.  You would think, with all the time and arrests that the PSPD made at this location by lying in wait, that they would at least know what this guy looks like.  They didn't.

Welcome to Mendenhall Awareness Week where we will take a look at some things that perhaps people haven't looked at before.  One of the first ones was, "Don't go over to Keith Muth's home, the police sit outside and wait for you on the corner"...everyone, including Keith here, knew it too.  All of us knew it.  Anyone that has heard Lori bitch and complain knows one thing...she hated when her targets went to Keith's home and hung out.  He had a pool in his private back yard and guys loved being around him.  He's really nice and, as you can see, he's not even close to what you would suspect Lori was saying about him to the police.

NOT A DRUG DEALER, just a professional guy that Lori loved to target.

He lived behind a locked gate and another locked gate so getting to his apartment was not easy for Brian or Lori to get to.  Without any kind of reason, the police shouldn't have been waiting outside his door.  They did this so much that every one of Keith's friends knew about it...it was like a joke to many of us.  Mostly what I recall is thinking that this is straight up harassment.  There were no loud parties, neighbors weren't even living next door, but Lori didn't like thinking that Keith had a safe haven for the victims of this crime.  He no longer lives there.

What I can tell you is that this was the location of Jonathan's arrest.  I know the story backwards and forwards.  Jonathan was a victim of Lori lying in wait to have a police officer put him in jail for planting drugs in the back of his vehicle.  You can see this behavior again in two of her own cousins' arrests since then, here in the high desert.  Both people were arrested after Junior took a walk to put drugs in their cars without them knowing it.  Brian and Alicia Matz were framed with drugs in their cars and arrested after they refused to spy on me and my family, allegedly.

How can this be proved...well, beyond using this system of mind reading, I like to use fact.

From what I understand, Jonathan was arrested on his way to the car that was about twenty feet from the gate where Keith Muth lived.  He walked out of the gate, while a police car waited for him right down the street or around the corner.  When Lori gave the signal that Jonathan was leaving, Nick Andre pulled up, like he always does, and arrested him and searched his truck.  Here's what I know.

I know that Jonathan's truck had a rear tailgate that he could not open.  He was told by Brian LaTweeker, "never go through what I put in the back of your truck, or else."  I know that I never looked through the stuff but it was jam packed from the cab all the way to the bumper full of shit that was probably stolen.  What I've heard is that the "stuff" was Brian LaTweeker's.

My problem is this.  How in the world can any cop make an assessment of sobriety from the gate to the place where he was arrested.  He can't see his eyes or his carotid  artery, like the PSPD always says, so what was his "probably cause"?  There isn't any.

Furthermore when Nick stopped Jonathan he asked him if he could search the back of his truck.  Normally nobody could get into the damn thing.  I know that Jonathan told me that himself.  Surprisingly, though, Nick opened it like he had instructions on "how to open Jonathan's truck".  Instead of searching the entire contents of the truck, Nick immediately zeroed in on drugs that he "knew were there" and arrested Jonathan.  Now I know he's probably the "super detective" that Chief Reyes says, but what I don't understand is once you've found drugs, you don't search the entire rest of the contents?  Why?  What if there were more drugs?  Once you have drugs you have a reasonable suspicion to check the rest, without any problem.  What happened Nick?  Did Lori tell you that the rest of the stuff was hers?

There is no excuse for anyone in the police department to sit out side of a private residence to wait for the resident's friends to come out and arrest them.  It's completely targeting and it isn't legal.

One member of my team can prove that Lori targeted this residence because she use to send Jonathan over to Keith's house to pluck out my friends that were there to drag them to her.  Ken Moses is one of those people.  He's on my team and was taken from Keith's home when I was there, to Lori's apartment, where she was living.  She then proceeded to do what she always does...threaten Ken not to be my friend.  I'd known him since rehab at the Lost Head's Ranch.  This is a prime example of what Lori gets jealous of.  She calls it the "ultimate lifestyle".

So what if guys went swimming at Keith's home...sometimes naked.  This is too much fun for the victims of her crime.

So what I want to know is, what do the Mendenhalls think of that arrest and subsequent warrant?

Nick Andre leapfrogged over many people to get his badge to the detective level.

I don't know but I think there was a question as to how much was found on Jonathan and what was reported, plus there is a question as to what Jonathan said to him about searching the truck, what he found and why wasn't that vehicle impounded?  The reason is because the stuff in the back of that vehicle was stolen by Brian and Lori and stored there...it even went to Sedona, Arizona years later.  Did it come back or did it stay with Jonathan's father?  If Jonathan did leave it at his father's place, perhaps this is a reason for Lori and Brian blaming the "fraudulent death" on both his mother, father and sister by including them in the memorial arrangements and bullshit story that went along with him dying on Christmas Day, 2010.

By the way, for real, my grandmother DID die on Christmas Day and Lori just loves thinking of what that is like for me.  Symbolic?  Perhaps...but for a family with a priest for a father, this is absolutely unacceptable.

So what exactly was in the back of Jonathan's truck?  It would seem to me that any cop that waits for someone to walk out of a private residence then a private community to go to the very spot that the drugs were planted.  We know the conversation between Nick and Lori too.  By the way, Lori is the ONLY person that is allowed to use this system to speak to the police.  Nobody else ever talks to them on the remote neural system.  These conversations do not have an expectation of privacy because, even Lori has told police that it "must have been someone else that worked for her" that did something wrong.  They damn well know that there are people that watch them and know what they are thinking.  The expectation is not there and shouldn't be.

Lying in wait to pick off rape victims and put them in jail is a serious crime for a police detective.  Shouldn't he know better than to stake out a home that isn't under investigation?
